Adult Fitness/Classes--Summer 2010 Schedule Posted

Fitness is important at any age or stage of life. As adults we must remember to actively enjoy ourselves. Healthful mind and body reduces stress and lifts spirits.

AerobicsOffering something for all ages, our Fitness Center features a complete circuit of Nautilus equipment , afull array of cardiovascular equipment plus a 1/8th mile carpeted indoor track!



Summer I:  July 1 - July 16

All Around Aerobics--NEW!!! 

Class consists of cardio circuit, weights, pilates and stretching.  Upbeat music and dance type moves make this class seem like fun not exercise.  All fitness levels will see results.

Kickboxing

Fun, fast paced, high impact innovative class emphasizing kick-boxing combinations and techniques for your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and body strength. Gives you a maximum workout!
Days: Monday/Wednesday
Time: 5:30 pm-6:30pm

Yoga

This class will introduce you to the art of yoga. Helps improve flexibility, develop breathing and relaxation techniques as well as improve your state of mind.

This class will introduce you to the art of yoga. Helps improve flexibility, develop breathing and relaxation techniques as well as improve your state of mind.

Rumba--Two different classes to choose from!!

Come join the party!  Rumba is a great way to burn calories, get fit and lose weight.  An aerobic workout with a latin beat, work on your core, your arms and legs.  Refreshing new class.

Designer Fitness

Wanting to expand and personalize your aerobic workout? Sign up for designer fitness and attend any combination of land based classes you choose. Great for those with busy schedules!

Nautilus Orientations

Schedule a nautilus orientation with the front desk and our instructor will help you get started with the weights and the aerobic machines. Phone (573) 756-0900 for to schedule your appointment.

Walking Club / Senior Walking Club

Just want to walk on our 1/8th mile track? Join this club and come walk with your friends. Limited to track use, only, during following days and times:
Mon - Fri, 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Sunday, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fee: $62.00 per year
Age 62 and older: $52.00
